You can move the document to another folder and edit its title yourself. When Onna is not confident about a classification, she leaves the file in Unclassified so you can choose where it belongs.
No. Onna’s models are downloaded to your phone and run there. Your documents are encrypted on the device before upload; their readable contents are not sent to an external AI service or made available to Hedirun.
Yes. You can export individual documents or a selection as a ZIP. For text from a scan, open the document, choose Selection mode from the menu, and select the words you want to copy.
Documents you have already opened can be available from the device cache. On-device processing can work after its models have downloaded. Signing in, downloading uncached files, and syncing changes still need a connection, so open anything you’ll need before going offline.
Keep your 12-word recovery phrase somewhere safe, separate from your phone. It can restore access if you forget your password or vault passphrase. If you lose both the secret that unlocks your vault and the recovery phrase, neither you nor Hedirun can recover the documents.
